1. Who sells

The Travel Sketchbook Club and its Polish version, Małe podróże na papierze, are run by Agnieszka Jaworowska, Katowice, Poland, as a private person. Contact: agnestravel.club@gmail.com.

2. What you can buy

A subscription (one envelope every month) or one envelope. Every envelope has a painting print, a colouring page with numbers, a colour guide and a letter. There are two versions. Travel Sketchbook Club: the letter is in English, and I send it to every country you can choose at checkout (all countries except the USA and the UK, Poland too). Małe podróże na papierze: the letter is in Polish, and I send it only in Poland. One envelope means the next envelope I post after your order.

3. Prices and payment

You can see the prices on this website and at checkout. Delivery is included. Stripe takes the payments safely. I never see your card details. A subscription is paid when you join and then every month on (or very close to) the same day, until you cancel. One payment pays for one envelope. One envelope is paid only once.

4. When I post envelopes

If you join or order by the last day of a month, I post your envelope in the first week of the next month. If you order later, you get the next envelope. You can see the current dates on this website.

5. Delivery

I send envelopes by normal post with stamps. You cannot track them. Delivery usually takes a few days in Poland, 1–2 weeks in other European countries and 2–5 weeks in other countries. If your envelope does not come within six weeks after I post it, write to me and I will send it again. If it comes damaged, send me a photo and I will send a new one.

6. Your address

Please check that your address is correct. You can change it in “Manage subscription” on this website, or write to me. I send each envelope to the address I have on the last day of the month.

7. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time in “Manage subscription” (you log in with your email), or write to me. After you cancel, you do not pay again. I still send every envelope that you have already paid for.

8. Right to change your mind

If you are a consumer in the EU, you can cancel your purchase within 14 days after you get your (first) envelope. You do not need to give a reason. Write to me at agnestravel.club@gmail.com. Then send the envelope back to me, with everything inside, within 14 days. You pay for the return post. I will give your money back within 14 days, in the same way you paid, after I get the envelope back or after you show me that you sent it. If you used something (for example, you coloured the page), I can give back less money.

9. Problems

If something is wrong with your envelope, write to me. I will answer within 14 days. This does not change your rights under the law.

10. Personal use

The paintings, colouring pages and letters are for your personal use. Please do not copy them, sell them or share them as your own work.

12. Law

Polish law applies to these terms. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the laws of your country.
