Who I am

Agnieszka Jaworowska, Katowice, Poland, is responsible for your personal data (the “controller”). Contact: agnestravel.club@gmail.com.

What I collect

When you buy, the Stripe payment page asks for your name, email address, delivery address and card details. I get your name, email and address. Your card details stay with Stripe. When you write to me, I get your email address and your message.

Why

To send your envelopes and run your subscription (a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). To keep sales records, because the law says so (Art. 6(1)(c)). To answer your messages (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).

Who else sees it

Stripe, because it takes the payments. Polish Post and the post in your country, because your address is on the envelope. Google, because my email is on Gmail. Cloudflare, because it hosts this website and keeps short technical logs. Some of them may work with data outside the EEA, with the protection that the law requires. I never sell your data or give it to anyone else.

How long

While you are a member or have an open order. After that, only as long as accounting law says (up to five years).

Your rights

You can ask me to show, correct or delete your data, to stop or limit how I use it, or to give you a copy. You can also complain to the Polish data protection office (Prezes UODO) or to the office in your country.

Cookies

This website has no statistics and no tracking. It saves one small cookie only when you choose a language (EN or PL), to remember your choice for one year. The payment page belongs to Stripe, and Stripe uses its own cookies. You can read Stripe’s privacy policy on its website.
